Prior to putting PIRI into place, Prakash Software Solutions had a number of website problems that affected lead quality and conversion rates:
- Generic contact forms are causing high bounce rates.
- Unfiltered questions from prospective employees, job seekers, and casual guests.
- Manually creating Scope of Work documentation causes inefficiencies and delays.
- No individualized user journey and little information on visitor intent.
Our Approach
At PSSPL, we took a problem-solving approach to our own website engagement issues. We came up with the idea and created PIRI, an AI-powered chatbot that could serve as a virtual business analyst around-the-clock, to address this.
We created a solution that not only addressed our internal issues but is also scalable for usage by external clients as well by utilizing state-of-the-art AI (GPT-4) and LangChain for real-time communication and Scope of Work This in-house solution became a blueprint for how businesses can use conversational AI to boost conversions and streamline lead capture.
There was a noticeable discrepancy between the quantity of website visitors and the qualifying leads that were actually generated. We were being hampered by manual procedures, particularly in determining project scopes and comprehending visitor intent.
The concept for PIRI was created at that point. Our goal was to create something intelligent, quick, scalable, and capable of serving as a true consultant. We created a chatbot with GPT-4 and LangChain that does more than simply talk; it listens, qualifies, and provides value right away.
It was tremendously satisfying to see how PIRI reduced our bounce rate and tripled the quality of our leads in a matter of weeks. It’s not just a chatbot—it’s become a core part of how we do business online.
