In April 2000 (CIN U72200GJ2001PTC039384), we started as a small team of VB and .NET developers in Vadodara, India. From that beginning, Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has grown into a software company that serves enterprises across industries and countries.
Today our 250+ engineers work across time zones and tech stacks from development centres in Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Indore, with client-facing teams in the US, Europe and Asia. That reach lets us deliver enterprise-grade work built on Microsoft technologies, AI and machine learning, Azure and cloud, shaped to each client.

The people behind the work
The Prakash Group
Our story starts earlier than 2000. The Prakash Group was founded in 1950, over 75 years ago, and like many long journeys it began small, with a humble stationery shop called Kalpana Store.
Since then the Group has grown into a broad business house with interests across several fields. It began in chemicals and has since expanded into software development, polymer pigments, and paper and paper products, with more ventures planned.
That heritage of building things that last is part of how we work in software today.
