In order to comprehend booking procedures, client contact trends, and peak call difficulties, we had in-depth meetings with service staff. AI logic and fundamental automation criteria were established.

Design

We created the core microservices using Node.js and Express.js to ensure a scalable backend. Vonage maintained live voice calls, while WebSocket enabled smooth, real-time audio streaming. Intelligent talks were powered by OpenAI Agents, coupled with Google’s Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies.
