Customer was having his own software for managing wine inventory from http://microcash.nl/ .Customer was having his own web shop built using Woo-Commerce. Customer wanted to integrate inventory of Micro-cash Software to Web Shop in a automated way. Major functionality was Product Sync, Real time Retrieval of Current Stock, manage inventory on Micro-cash when someone purchases from Web Shop.

Solution
- We implemented WooCommerce Hooks and Microcash API integrations for providing solution.
- Daily article export from Micro Cash
- Every night, the current portion of or the complete (optional) article database – including the then current cash price – exported to a tab-delimited text file and made available via FTP, so the shop administrator can import this data.
- Retrieve current stock
- The webshop is based on the SKU always real-time inventory retrieval from Micro cash, so always line your customer sees the current stock.
- Creating order, write off stock
- Once a transaction is done on the shop, then this order to Micro Cash can be controlled according to the Micro Cash software APIs specs. Is then in a Micro Cash receipt created, the stock is obviously impaired and a packing slip can be printed.
