Challenges
Client was managing invoices in different currency manually using excel making his day to day clumsy
Technical Objective
- Design and develop an Native iOS Application as per the requirements of the client.
- Fetching all the data from the first time from the documents uploaded and storing it locally in a database.
Solution
We developed a web application which had following functionality
- Invoice Listing page with the option of Edit and Delete.
- Adding new invoices with the option of adding invoice number and invoice date
- Functionality of adding Client Name, Office Name, and currency Type
- Multiple currency options were included
- Graphical representation of dashboard which included the total amount, Number of projects etc. so that Client can get all the overview at a glance
- Functionality of exporting invoice to CSV was included
- Option of calculating multiple currencies into one currency was made automatic via coding
