Challenges

It is the mission of the client to provide consumers with convenient helpdesk services. A service that provides its consumers with the greatest chance of communicating and reporting their problems to the responsible department. The new helpdesk system has enabled the client to achieve the consumer-centric vision of providing fast, convenient and reliable services across all delivery channels.

Technical Objective

  • Design and develop an Android Application and a web-based Admin Portal
  • Extracting data and creating local storage in a database (Core Data)
  • Quick scanning of products with Scandit SDK to see product detail
  • Generation of QR Code.

Solution

  • PSSPL was involved in the development and implementation of Ticketing & SLA module of the overall solution.
  • PSSPL employed a hybrid delivery model by deploying a resource onsite in Oman and a team of 5 resources working from Offshore in India.
