The new helpdesk system has enabled the client to achieve the consumer-centric vision of providing fast, convenient and reliable services across all delivery channels.

Technical Objective

  • PSSPL was involved in the development and implementation of Ticketing & SLA module of the overall solution
  • PSSPL employed a hybrid delivery model by deploying a resource onsite in Oman and a team of 5 resources working from Offshore in India.
