Heartiest wishes for a very happy and joyful New Year 2024 to all!! As we embrace the spirit of happiness and togetherness and fill our homes with the glow of Diwali lights, I extend my warmest Diwali greetings to each and every valued member of the PSSPL family.
In an environment of appreciation and introspection, I’m thrilled to talk about our company’s amazing journey and accomplishments from the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023–2024.

ABOUT Q3

With great pleasure, I inform that our organization achieved a noteworthy milestone during the third quarter of the 2023–24 fiscal year. Our performance has experienced a noteworthy upswing, marking a remarkable 38.37% increase compared to the corresponding period in the previous year (Q3 2022-23 vs. Q3 2023-24). This substantial growth stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment, diligence, and resilience exhibited by every member of our team.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Our employees’ passion and dedication are just as important indicators of our success as our financial performance. I’m happy to report that the efforts we’ve made to increase employee engagement have paid off.

We joyfully embraced Diwali across all PSSPL branches with whole-hearted celebrations. Our staff members demonstrated their culinary prowess at a fun potluck with delectable delicacies. Everyone left the day with smiles, gifts, and a wealth of wonderful memories after a day filled with competitive activities.

In addition to our festive endeavors, our Fridays were elevated with Fun Fridays, injecting a dose of enjoyment and camaraderie.

As the quarter drew to a close, we added a festive touch with Secret Santa and Ugly Sweater Christmas celebrations. The year concluded on a high note with spirited New Year celebrations, uniting us in anticipation of new beginnings and exciting challenges ahead.

During Q3, we welcomed new talents into the PSSPL family, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. These skilled individuals bring fresh perspectives and capabilities, enhancing our collective strength to face future challenges.

As we commemorate this quarter’s accomplishments, let’s keep cultivating an atmosphere that encourages creativity, diversity, and career advancement. Your commitment is what drives our success, and together, we’ll keep going above and beyond.
