What you will do:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Presales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by providing expert pre-sales support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. With your extensive knowledge and experience in the field, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and demonstrating how Microsoft Dynamics 365 can meet their needs.
Pre-sales Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and engage with them in consultative discussions. Understand their business challenges, processes, and goals to recommend suitable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Solution Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Tailor the presentations to address the specific requirements of each prospect, highlighting the value proposition and return on investment.
Requirements Analysis: Analyse customer requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business processes. Translate these requirements into solution designs, mapping the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to address customer pain points and achieve their desired outcomes.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals. Clearly articulate the solution architecture, implementation approach, pricing, and value proposition to secure customer buy-in.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its modules, capabilities, integrations, industry-specific solutions, and latest updates. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the market.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives, business owners, IT managers, and end-users. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their long-term goals and helping them envision how Microsoft Dynamics 365 can drive their digital transformation journey.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to contribute to product enhancements and market positioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in presales or solution consulting roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and Power Platform.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex presales engagements and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with the ability to align Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with customer business objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
