"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today."

- Franklin D. Roosevelt

It gives me immense pleasure to recollect the festival month this year. With all the festivals, we have also celebrated victories that highlighted our resilience. I would like to look back and appreciate the hard work and collaboration that we brought within our environment while unturning milestones. Each day I see the dedication and teamwork, It makes me happy for our continued shared journey and the bright future ahead!

Pursuing doubtless dreams and goals is never a walk in the park. There will always be impediments hindering one’s efforts to achieve those objectives. But in the words of Franklin D. Roosevelt, ‘The only thing we have to fear is fear itself,’ which reinforces that the only limitation that exists is the one we deprive our minds of. Imagine the possibilities. Imagine the potential. Trusting the process and working hand in hand is a way through self-doubt.

“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.”

 – Franklin D. Roosevelt

ABOUT Q2

Measured against Q2 2023-24, we have observed an increase of 10% in Q2 2024-25. It is a thrill to mention that the team’s relentless determination is truly inspiring. We have shown unwavering commitment to leading a remarkably progressing journey. Let us collectively celebrate this accomplishment.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

PSSPL believes that every work occasion is an opportunity to enhance our team bonds and grow as a single unit. As always, we continued our monthly birthday celebrations and Fun Friday events. Appreciation and team bonding are surely spreading happiness within our PSSPL family. For every Fun Friday, coworkers’ birthdays are honored, games are played, and laughter is exchanged as they make the office feel like home.

In the month of celebration, 15th August in India is the day of independence resplendently remembered and unsurprisingly, we too celebrated it with a flag hoisting ceremony and other cultural activities. A great event of pride and celebrations of respect for the fervor of independence and the wealth of history of the country.

Another Beloved festival comes in September. We marked the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Sthapana with a sense of devotion and unity. This year’s Ganesh Sthapna included Satyanarayan Pooja for our work family to develop a spiritual environment and feeling of oneness. The events displayed our respect for the ethnic customs and at the same time the peaceful settings of the workplace.

Once again, these events, in addition to other professional development team-building activities, attract people’s attention towards PSSPL, as they feel needed, and through such events, they get motivated to perform. We keep on working towards generating emotions that strengthen our ties, acknowledge our differences, and foster interaction within the company.

AT THE END

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” – Anonymous

This quote is a wonderful reminder about life: life is all about living for the special moments, the little things, and the memories that warm one’s heart. In this context, it encourages us to always look for purpose in our life’s timeline, celebrate the victories, irrespective of their size, and enjoy the processes involved in achieving the goals rather than being fixated on the end goal only.

Before we move on from this point together, I must thank each team member for this hard work and commitment to the cause as I truly value the sentiments. It is those who turn this organization into a living entity. Because after all, it is not just the goals that we achieve that determine our success but the fun that we have had doing things as a team leads to creating memories.

We appreciate all of your dedication, heart, and effort. Moving forward together, we will continue engineering moments that leave us happier and an everlasting experience inhered with joy, success, and celebrations. Cheers to all of us for more celebration and prosperity moments to come.

Here’s to many more shared achievements and unforgettable moments ahead.

Stay Healthy and Safe!
