MD Desk Letter

Jul - Sep (2021-2022)

I am penning down this message on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and that reminds me of a famous quote “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”The greatness of humanity is not in being human, but in being humane.
We have witnessed the spirit of humankind and the adaptability to take on the crisis as an opportunity to re-discover the way we carry out our activities in various spheres of our life.
This again reminds me of a very famous quote – “The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.”

Transitions force changes.
Changes cause transformation.
Transformation ignites growth.
The womb of transition always delivers growth.

About Q2

For the quarter-2 (July to September 2021) quarterly, we had 42.85% sales growth in comparison with Q2 of last financial year (2020-21). In this quarter, we have successfully integrated a well-known Project Management System with our internal ERP tool to take out a certain vital piece of information on the go basis. (This PMS is a web-based project management tool with a lot of flexibility. It is cross-platform and database-agnostic, thanks to the Ruby on Rails framework.)

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

We have moved to a new location at the Ahmedabad branch and we are continuing with many employee engagement activities there. Recently we have celebrated Independence Day with an internal competition that helped to regain knowledge on various aspects of our historical movements and moments.

ON RECRUITMENTS

The journey of expanding our team is going on at a faster pace and we are welcoming all tech enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our team. We are sponsoring many AMA and FGI events to increase the knowledge of our tech people.

You can visit https://prakashinfotech.com/culture-career to know about our current openings.

At the End

In the 2021 report released this month, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) expects the Indian GDP to grow at 7.2% in the year 2021.

The UN body also discerns India to outpace all other major economies to achieve the highest growth rate next year, though it shall be slower at 6.7%. It is indeed a healthy recognition of the potential and resilience of the Indian economy.

In this pandemic time, we all have learned to work our ways around new challenges that transformed our ways of working, living, and getting around with everything. With an aim to become a digital transformation company, we are taking many measures and evaluate the same quarterly. We have automated many processes of the organization and continuously going on.

We are also open to joining hands and becoming a partner with other companies. Life is full of ups and downs, frustrations, and happy moments; it also offers satisfaction and success. For professionals, knowledge, skills, leadership, responsibility, creativity, discipline, integrity, and excellence are some traits to vouch for to be successful life. I thank all my stakeholders and my PSSPL family for their continued support in this journey.

Best Wishes,

Hardik Shah
