About Q4
In comparison to Q4 2022-23, we experienced a notable increase of 10% in Q4 2023-24. This growth reflects our commitment to excellence and the quality of our products and services.
Furthermore, our year-on-year growth rate stands at an impressive 44.45%, demonstrating the hard work and dedication of each and every employee.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
At PSSPL, we prioritize employee engagement and teamwork. Initiatives such as regular recognition programs, employee appreciation events, and opportunities for professional development contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where every team member feels recognized for their contributions.
In 2024, our Makarsakranti festivities included the traditional kite-flying competition at both our Ahmedabad and Vadodara branches, fostering camaraderie and celebration among our team members.
Our participation in events like the 2024 Vadodara Corporate Cricket Tournament (VCCL) and the annual company trip to Kumbhalgarh provided memorable experiences and strengthened the sense of belonging within our PSSPL family.
In March 2024, we commemorated the vibrant festival of Holi with great enthusiasm, enjoying lively music, dancing, and delectable food with our colleagues.
Additionally, we organize monthly Fun-Friday events to celebrate birthdays and foster connections among colleagues. These events, along with team-building activities and managerial training sessions, strengthen our bonds and enhance collaboration within the company.
