As we step into the new financial year, let us remember that our mindset plays a crucial role in our success. With a positive outlook and unwavering faith in our abilities, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way.
The famous author and motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar, once said, “Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.” These words hold true as positivity not only affects our own behavior but also has a ripple effect on those around us. It inspires and uplifts, creating a more conducive environment for growth and success.
So let us embrace the new financial year with a positive attitude, knowing that we have the power to shape our own destiny. Let us strive towards excellence, support each other, and make this year a truly successful one.

About Q4
As compared to Q4 2021-22 we had an increase of 43% in Q4 2022-23. This impressive growth can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of each and every employee of our organization. Our team has shown tremendous resilience in the face of challenging times, and we should all be proud of this achievement.
Furthermore, our year-on-year growth rate stands at an impressive 46.53%, which is a testament to our commitment to excellence and the quality of our products and services. It is the hard work and dedication of each and every employee that has made this possible.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
We believe that employee engagement and appreciation are integral to the success of any organization. At PSSPL we ensure that we implement several initiatives so that our employees feel valued and motivated.
In 2023, we kicked off the year with Makarsakranti festivities, which included a kite flying contest and mouth-watering chikki and ladoos at both our Ahmedabad and Vadodara branches.
Every month, we organize Fun-Friday events to celebrate the birthdays of our colleagues and enjoy some quality time together. Additionally, we also have technical workshops and team meals for our employees, which have been quite enjoyable. To enhance our teamwork and strengthen our bonds, we have participated in various team-building activities, providing us with an excellent opportunity to engage in non-work-related conversations and connect with one another.
We are also committed to our employees’ professional development and therefore, continue to pursue various Microsoft certifications to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
PSSPL team enjoyed playing 2023 Vadodara Corporate Cricket Tournament (VCCL).
For our annual company trip in 2023, we visited Jaisalmer, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience for everyone. We had an incredible time with the PSSPL family.
In March 2023, we commemorated the vibrant festival of Holi with our colleagues in the company. We indulged in lively music, dancing, and relished some delectable food with great enthusiasm.
