Implementation Journey

The Real Estate CRM project was executed in a phased approach to ensure smooth delivery and performance optimization:

Discovery & Analysis

To find process bottlenecks in lead tracking, deal management, and real estate listings, team PSSPL held in-depth meetings with stakeholders.

Architecture Design

Developed a scalable system architecture that facilitates real-time synchronization, big databases, and third-party APIs.

Development Phase

Core CRM modules for listings, leads, and deal pipelines were developed during the development phase. Incorporated third-party real estate platforms (Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder). Improved SQL queries to increase the effectiveness of transactions.

Testing & Optimization

Conducted stress tests for large data volumes. API performance was improved, and no data loss occurred during syncing. Role-based access control was put into place for data security.

Deployment & Training

For scalability, the CRM was deployed in a cloud environment. Provided admin teams and brokers with user training. Provide performance tracking and post-launch assistance.

Key Contributions

Created and put into use a CRM software specifically for real estate for brokers and property companies.

Modules for deal management, project tracking, lead management, and listings automation were developed.

For automated lead collection and synchronization, third-party platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and Facebook Leads were integrated.

To reduce locking and blocking, SQL optimization was carried out by reworking queries, boosting indexing, and improving transaction management.

Enhanced API responsiveness and system scalability, which allow for easier reporting and quicker data retrieval.

Produced quantifiable gains in data processing performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
