What you will do:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients by understanding their strategic objectives and technology needs.
Solution Consultation: Collaborate closely with technical teams to analyse client requirements, design customized Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Suite solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue targets, including identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Suite offerings, keeping abreast of the latest updates, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Solution Design and Architecture: Work alongside clients & PSSPL technical team to architect complex Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Suite solutions that align with their unique needs, emphasizing scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals, including pricing, licensing, and contract negotiation, while effectively communicating the value proposition of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Suite services.
Pipeline Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM tools, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Collaboration: Foster collaboration with Microsoft and other strategic partners, as well as internal teams, to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Insights: Continuously monitor market dynamics, gather customer feedback, and analyse industry trends to inform product/service enhancements and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise-level sales experience, preferably B2B/B2C sales experience with Azure Cloud Service Provider, preferably in a prospecting environment (hunting)
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Suite offerings.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead complex sales processes, and mentor junior sales team members.
- Sales certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
