Prakash Software Solutions’ Weekend Getaway to Udaipur
This year, the PSSPL family chose to celebrate its annual event in the City of Lakes, surrounded by the beauty of the Aravalli Hills and Lake Pichola. It was a weekend packed with team bonding, athletic sports, awards, dancing, and fun-filled memories right in the heart of Rajasthan’s gem—Udaipur.
Teams from Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Indore gathered to celebrate another remarkable year of high revenue, significant client closures, and happy customers. This 2-night, 3-day road trip was to recharge, celebrate, and get ready for the fiscal year 2027.

Day 1 – Sports & Bonding: Unleashing the Value of Team Bonding at PSSPL
At PSSPL, we believe that teamwork shines brighter than individual efforts. This corporate team outing reflects PSSPL’s focus on employee engagement and team bonding activities.
The first day of the trip, April 3, was filled with high-energy sports activities on the playground, followed by Rajasthani folk music and a relaxing dinner at the Gazebo. After arriving at the resort, exciting outdoor games were planned for the team, and Prakash Power League (PPL) was the highlight of the day.
A few weeks ago, an online PPL auction was held to divide the players into 5 teams: Aakash Tigers, Prithvi Titans, Vayu Warriors, Chandra Invincible, Jal Storm, and Agni Avengers. The competition was intense as each team was dressed in their respective team t-shirts, waiting to compete for the ‘Champions’ trophy. The playground was filled with cheering voices of ‘SIX’, ‘OUT’, ‘WICKET’, and every run was celebrated as a group win.
For those not fond of cricket, several other outdoor games, such as tug of war, leg race, and satodyu, were planned. The day then ended on a relaxing note, with a ‘Desi Vatavaran’ gazebo night where everyone danced and enjoyed the Rajasthani delicacies.
Day 2 – Awards & Celebration: Recognizing the Growth Mindset
A Meet-and-Greet event was planned for the morning of 4th April, during which every member was dressed in formal attire. The PSSPL family thrives with a growth mindset, and this event was dedicated to celebrating past wins and chasing ambitious future endeavors.
The room was filled with celebration as several awards were presented for overall performance, client appreciation, and other criteria. The achievements of the financial year 2025-2026 were highlighted, and milestones for 2026-2027 were announced by the leaders. These forward-focused targets inspired everyone to level up their efforts.

Finally, it was time to dance the night away. Boys and girls were fashionably dressed up, and the dance stage was lit with non-stop energy as everyone enjoyed their last night in Udaipur.
It was time to pack bags and head back home, but the fun was still ON!
Day 3 – Exploring Udaipur’s Timeless Beauty
PSSPL believes in a company culture that not only fosters growth but also fuels family-like warmth and heartfelt connections in the workplace.
On 5th April, the PSSPL family took a city tour to enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains, try authentic Rajasthani food, and shop from the local markets of Udaipur. Later in the evening, it was departure time, and everyone boarded the bus with hearts full of memories, happy faces, and a high JOSH.
