As we begin the New Year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on our journey together and the milestones we have achieved. The last quarter once again demonstrated the strength, commitment, and resilience of the PSSPL family. Seeing the organization’s growing sense of cooperation, ownership, and unity is incredibly inspiring. 

I’m happy to provide a few significant advancements and highlights from the third quarter in this perspective.

ABOUT Q3

Our performance increased by 26% in Q3 2025–2026 compared to Q3 2024–2025. 

This growth is a testament of the commitment, discipline, and cooperation displayed by every member of the PSSPL family. These results have been made possible by your problem-solving approach, persistent work, and commitment to greatness. I am certain that this momentum will continue in the future quarters as we collectively work toward our long-term goals. 

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

At PSSPL, we value all our employees as a family and we believe that employee appreciation and engagement play a huge role in building sustainable success. Creating a positive, inclusive, and energizing work environment remains one of our core priorities.

As part of our ongoing engagement initiatives this quarter: 

Birthday Celebrations:

Across all branches we organized monthly birthday celebrations making sure each of the team member feels valued and is recognized.

Fun Friday Celebrations:

Regular Fun Friday events were held to foster teamwork, camaraderie, and a welcome respite from regular work schedules. 

Festive Celebrations:

Diwali: With festive décor, delectable meals, games, and gifts, the festival of lights was enthusiastically celebrated, giving our teams treasured memories. 

Garba: Cultural celebrations such as Garba brought added energy and togetherness, strengthening interpersonal connections beyond work. 

New Year & Secret Santa: The year concluded on a cheerful note with Secret Santa gift exchanges and New Year celebrations, setting a positive and motivated tone for the year ahead. 

These initiatives reflect our continued commitment to fostering a workplace where people feel appreciated, connected, and motivated. 

ON RECRUITMENTS

During this quarter, we also welcomed several new members into the PSSPL family. These talented professionals bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and valuable expertise that will support our future growth and innovation journey.
