We operate the mobile application LumeAI (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

AI DISCLAIMER

LumeAI uses AI to generate suggestions, outputs, or responses across writing, coding, productivity, and educational functions. These AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the AI responses. PSSPL disclaims any liability arising from reliance on such responses.

CONTENT MONITORING & USER CONDUCT

Although LumeAI applies moderation and filtering techniques, the AI responses may occasionally generate content that is inappropriate or inaccurate. Users are expected to use discretion and may report any concerning content via support channels. You agree not to upload, distribute, or promote unlawful or harmful content through the Services.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LumeAI integrates APIs and models from third parties such as Google Gemini and OpenAI. By using these features, you also agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control these services and disclaim any liability from your interaction with them.

APP STORE COMPLIANCE

LumeAI complies with the guidelines and developer policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This includes, but is not limited to, transparent AI use disclosures, data collection practices, user safety, and appropriate content handling. By downloading the app from these stores, you agree to abide by their rules in conjunction with our Legal Terms.

USER CONSENT FOR AI INTERACTION

By using the LumeAI App, you consent to AI-powered experiences, including AI-generated suggestions, prompts, and analytics. You acknowledge that such content is generated dynamically and may not always be accurate. Your use confirms that you understand and accept these conditions.

PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is accurate. We follow reasonable practices to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the LumeAI App or Services.
