I’m delighted to share that we achieved a 10% growth in Q2 FY 2025–2026 compared to the same quarter last year.
This steady progress demonstrates not only our robust operational strategies but also the trust and passion of our people. Our collective focus on quality delivery, innovation, and client satisfaction continues to propel us forward in a competitive marketplace.
Every percentage point of growth stands as proof of our shared values—discipline, collaboration, and adaptability. Let’s continue this positive momentum as we move toward achieving our annual goals.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & APPRECIATION
At PSSPL, we believe that our culture is our strength. The energy, creativity, and enthusiasm of our team are what make us who we are.
As always in this quarter too, we celebrated Birthday of our employees across all offices, bringing smiles and togetherness to the workplace. Our Fun Friday celebrations continued to be a favorite among employees, creating a joyful break from the routine and encouraging collaboration beyond work boundaries.
We also came together to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri with great enthusiasm. These festivals reminded us of the importance of unity, gratitude, and the vibrant diversity that defines PSSPL.
