The platform was also struggling to serve multiple dealership groups collectively while ensuring safe and separate data. Subsequently, group-level and regional leaders wanted to combine reports across all locations, but the platform generated these analytics too slowly. There could be a sharp rise in the cloud costs and reduced profit margins if new servers were added.

The team began with rebuilding the video intake and processing flow of the existing platform to parallelly handle multiple uploads. The goal was to prevent the system from getting stuck during peak hours and providing fast confirmation to the technicians’ post upload.
