Challenge: Our client faced a significant challenge in spotting small, microscopic scratches on the painted surface of cars. Conducting this task while holding a tablet was quite difficult, uncomfortable, and time-consuming. Each time they paused to tap the screen, their visual concentration was broken, sometimes even leading to an increase in the risks of errors, overlooking scratches, and more.
Solution: We built an AR application deployed on Snapchat Spectacles. To start the inspection user can activate the scanner through a voice command. With hand tracking, users can simply point at the scratch with their finger, and the application will automatically track the hand and highlight it with a digital marker. Not only does this simplify work, but it also reduces the post-production efforts with recording. The impact of the scratch is analysed through a custom ML model, improving the overall inspection processes.

Solution: We built an app, “XREAL Air 2 Ultra”, leveraging augmented reality (AR) and spatial computing. We transform glasses into intelligent devices that display digital information in front of your eyes, overlaid on the real world. 40% faster work with a floating checklist in the air, which allows users to keep both hands free, making marking easy with simple hand gestures, displaying a digital map of the real engine, and voice reporting.

Challenge: Our client was struggling with the traditional safety training methods, especially in high-risk environments and processes. Also, sending employees to the physical location is costlier and consumes a lot of time.
Solution: We built a high-fidelity VR application to bridge the training gap, and optimised it for standard mobile phones. This app ensures that the learning experience is engaging and deeply insightful by creating real scenarios. The nature of such training is immersive, making it more effective than traditional eLearning or classroom instruction. One of the best features of this app is its accessibility; users don’t require any expensive headsets. It is embedded with behavioural analytics to track where employees gaze or pause during tasks.
