With 200+ service centers nationwide and over 10,000 vehicle inspections daily, managers required a faster way to ensure that the videos were complete, clear, unbiased, and followed the pre-determined standards.
Some of the major challenges included:
- Regional managers had to put a lot of time and effort into reviewing multiple walkaround videos every day.
- Manual review consumed a lot of time, slowing down the overall inspection process.
- Videos were recorded in busy service bays with a lot of background noise and different recording styles, making the review challenging.
- There was no concrete way to ensure that the technicians were always abiding by the right process.

In our initial conversation with the client, we identified that thousands of inspection videos were recorded every day, but the real pain area was the time consumed in manually reviewing the quality for each one of them.
