As we head into the second half of the year, it is our teams’ dedication that will help us stay consistent and grounded for whatever lies ahead. About Q2
I’m pleased to share that Q2 of FY 2026–27 has recorded a 36% growth compared to the same quarter last year (Q2 FY 2025–26).
Following our good performance in the first quarter, this shows us that our performance is truly sustainable. This is a result of the discipline of our teams, the trust of our clients, and our delivery. Each project that has been delivered on time and each relationship that has been developed has contributed to this performance.
This kind of growth is achieved quarter after quarter. This is a good foundation for the months to come.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & APPRECIATION
At PSSPL, we believe that productivity depends on people who feel respected and valued by others. Maintaining our employees’ morale remains as essential to us as our financials.
This quarter was filled with a lot of unity at work and beyond:
Birthday celebrations – Every month, at all our offices, we celebrated our colleagues’ birthdays with cake, cheer and good wishes. These may seem like small things to do, but for every employee, it conveys the message that he/she is valued.
Fun Friday Celebrations – Our Fun Fridays continued to be a great way of ending the week through games and healthy competition among teams.
Celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi – We welcomed Lord Ganesha at all our branches with devotion and joy. From the aarti and katha to the 56 bhog and daily prasad, the festive mood brought everyone together in a spirit of positivity and new beginnings.
Paryushan – We observed Paryushan with reflection and respect for its values of forgiveness, humility, and compassion. It was a meaningful reminder to pause, look inward, and move forward with kindness.
