MD Desk Letter
Apr - June (2026-2027)
Every new quarter brings with it a chance to pause, look back at what we’ve built, and push forward with even greater purpose. The energy our team brings to work every single day is what keeps us moving โ steady, focused, and unafraid of challenges. Let’s continue to meet every hurdle with grit, and every win with humility.
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”
– Robert Collier
About Q1
I’m genuinely delighted to share that Q1 of FY 2026โ27 has recorded a strong 65% growth compared to the same quarter last year (Q1 FY 2025โ26).
This isn’t just a number on a report โ it’s proof of what happens when a team stays disciplined, stays hungry, and pulls in the same direction. Every project delivered, every client relationship strengthened, and every late night put in by our people has added up to this moment. It tells us that our strategy is working, our execution is sharper, and our people are rising to the occasion in a market that never stops shifting.
This kind of growth doesn’t happen by chance โ it’s earned. And it sets a strong foundation for the quarters ahead.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & APPRECIATION
At PSSPL, we’ve always believed that numbers alone don’t build a company โ people do. That’s why keeping our team engaged, appreciated, and genuinely happy at work remains just as important to us as the business results themselves.
This quarter was full of moments that brought our teams closer together, both on and off the desk:
Every month, across all our offices, we paused to celebrate the people who make PSSPL what it is. Simple cake-cutting moments, a round of applause, a little noise in the office โ small gestures that remind everyone they’re seen and valued.
Our Fun Fridays continued to be the perfect way to wind down the work week, giving teams a chance to laugh, compete, and bond over games and activities that have nothing to do with deadlines.
PSSPL’s Annual Trip to Udaipur โ The biggest highlight of the quarter was undoubtedly our team’s weekend getaway to Udaipur. Away from desks and deadlines, our people explored the City of Lakes together, bonded over shared meals, sunset views, and plenty of laughter. Trips like these remind us that the strongest teams are built not just in meeting rooms, but in shared experiences.
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” โ Helen Keller
These moments matter because they build something deeper than routine โ they build belonging. And a team that feels like family shows up differently, every single day.
Yoga Day Celebration โ We marked International Yoga Day with sessions that reminded everyone to slow down and breathe โ literally. It was a refreshing break from screens and schedules, and a reminder that wellness is just as important as performance.

AT THE END
“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.”ย โ Walt Disney
That’s exactly the spirit our team carried through this quarter โ less talk, more action, and results that speak for themselves.
We’re deeply thankful to our people, our partners, and everyone who continues to place their trust in us.
Together, we’ll keep building a company driven by purpose, powered by people, and committed to excellence.
Stay driven, stay together.
Best Wishes,
Hardik Shah,
