We worked on enhancing an existing education portal built for students, trainers, and administrators, aiming to improve speed, usability, and overall learning efficiency. The platform was initially limited in performance and lacked smooth workflows for real-time academic operations. To solve this, we upgraded the system using Laravel with Livewire, optimized backend performance with MySQL, and strengthened version control through Git. We introduced key modules like quizzes with auto-save and resume functionality, attendance tracking, certificate generation, session reorganization, and draft-based content management, making the platform more dynamic, scalable, and user-friendly while improving operational efficiency by nearly 40%.
