I’m happy to share that, in comparison to the first quarter of FY 2024–2025, the first quarter of FY 2025–2026 showed a 13% increase.
This improvement is not just a numerical gain but it is a reflection of our operational discipline, strategic focus, and the collective strength of our people. It also symbolizes our ability to change, grow, and deliver results in a corporate environment that is ever changing.
This accomplishment sets the tone for further advancement and greatness in the upcoming year.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & APPRECIATION
We at PSSPL are adamant that employee engagement is essential to our success as a team. We are dedicated to creating a dynamic, encouraging, and upbeat workplace where each person is treated with respect.
This quarter also included a number of special events and team-building exercises aimed at enhancing team spirit and morale as part of our continuous efforts.
We kept up the monthly birthday celebrations across all of our offices to make sure each team member felt valued and acknowledged. Furthermore, our weekly Fun Friday events provided a stimulating end to the workweek by promoting teamwork, creativity, and friendship.
