As we begin the New Year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on our journey together and the milestones we’ve achieved. The last quarter demonstrated the strength, commitment, and resilience of the PSSPL family. It’s encouraging to see the atmosphere of cooperation and solidarity becoming stronger every day.
In this light, I am excited to share a few significant developments and achievements from the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024–2025.

ABOUT Q3
During Q3 2024-25, our performance increased by 13.60% compared to the same period last year (Q3 2023-24 vs. Q3 2024-25).
This consistent growth reflects the commitment, diligence, and teamwork of every individual at PSSPL. Your perseverance and passion have been instrumental in helping us achieve these results, and I am confident that we will continue to build on this momentum in the coming quarters too.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
At PSSPL, we deeply believe that employee engagement is a key factor in shaping our success story. We place a high value on fostering a happy and positive work environment, and like every quarter this quarter too included some special events and team-building exercises.
Like every month we made it a point to celebrate birthdays across all branches, making sure every team member felt valued and appreciated. To promote teamwork and keep the energy levels high we also conduct Fun Friday activities every month. This has brought a refreshing change to the workweek.
Festive Celebrations:
Diwali: We celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm, including yummy meals, fun games, and gifts, creating joyful memories together.
Christmas and New Year: The festive season was marked with Secret Santa gift exchanges and cheerful activities, followed by a lively New Year celebration that set the tone for the year ahead.
ON RECRUITMENTS
During this quarter, we welcomed several new members into the PSSPL family. These fresh talents bring new perspectives and ideas that will help us navigate future challenges and seize new opportunities.
