About Q2
EMPLOYEES MORALE AND PRODUCTIVITY
Celebrations are an important part of maintaining a work-life balance. At Prakash, we have Fun-Friday festivities each month to celebrate the birthdays of our coworkers and to have fun.
For our staff, we also held several technical workshops and team lunch/dinner. We also take into account our employees’ professional growth, which is why we have continued to pursue different Microsoft Certifications to enhance their skills and learning.
We celebrated Independence Day at the office and had a quiz competition. This year for the first time we welcomed all Mighty Ganesha at our offices in Ahmedabad and Vadodara on Ganesh Chaturthi. We had Navratri and Dussehra celebrations with some well-spent quality time at our offices. Last but not the least, one of our esteemed clients from the Netherlands visited our office. We had good business discussions with him and a further roadmap was put in place.
ON RECRUITMENTS
The journey of expanding our team is going on at a faster pace and we are welcoming all tech-enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our team. We inaugurated our new branches at Indore and Rajkot for which we conducted successful walk-in drives.

At the End
“Motivation is the catalyzing ingredient for every successful innovation.” – Clayton Christensen
We at PSSPL have always believed in the above quote. Every successful innovation started off as only an idea, which was then propelled by inspiration into a project and ultimately resulted in a product or service.
The success or failure of the idea will depend on your motivation. You will undoubtedly achieve enormous success if you are sufficiently committed to your endeavor and driven to succeed. If something doesn’t go as planned, don’t give up. Sometimes events take place for our best, allowing us to gain knowledge we may apply to future situations. Just keep going and give it your all to finish what you started.
We are taking several steps to become a digital transformation company, and we assess the results every quarter end. In the end, I want to personally thank all of my partners, staff, and other stakeholders for their support in the growth journey of the Company. I look forward to having your ongoing assistance.
Best Wishes,
Hardik Shah
