	Client did not have any software project management experience.

Solution

Prakash worked with the client from the beginning of the project, starting from requirement analysis and system design. The client initially requested that a pilot project of similar nature in Visual Basic with Microsoft Access as the database. Following the successful delivery, proof of concept and full cost and benefit analysis from Prakash for the pilot, they then decided to have the application developed on the .net platform.
